Los 100 días del plebeyo

Una bella princesa estaba buscando consorte. Nobles y ricos pretendientes llegaban de todas partes con maravillosos regalos: joyas, tierras, ejércitos, tronos, etc... Entre los candidatos se encontraba un joven plebeyo que no tenía más riqueza que el amor y la perseverancia. Cuando llegó el momento de hablar, dijo:
-Princesa, te he amado toda la vida. Como soy un hombre pobre y no tengo tesoros para darte, te ofrezco mi sacrificio como prueba de amor. Estaré cien (100) días sentado bajo tu ventana, sin más alimentos que la lluvia y sin más ropas que las que llevo puestas. Esa será mi dote.
La princesa, conmovida por semejante gesto de amor, decidió aceptar:
-Tendrás tu oportunidad: si pasas esa prueba, me desposarás.
Así pasaron las horas y los días. El pretendiente permaneció fuera del palacio, soportando el sol, los vientos, la nieve, y las noches heladas. Sin pestañar con vista fija en el balcón de su amada, el valiente súbdito siguió firme en su empeño sin desfallecer un momento.
De vez en cuando la cortina de la ventana real dejaba traslucir la esbelta figura de la princesa, que con un noble gesto y una sonrisa aprobaba la faena. Todo iba a las mil maravillas, se hicieron apuestas y algunos optimistas comenzaron a planear los festejos.
Al llegar el día noventa y nueve (99), los pobladores de la zona salieron a animar al próximo monarca. Todo era alegría y jolgorio, pero cuando faltaba una hora para cumplirse el plazo, ante la mirada atónita de los asistentes y la perplejidad de la princesa, el joven se levantó y, sin dar explicación alguna, se alejó lentamente del lugar donde había permanecido cien (100) días.
Unas semanas después, mientras deambulaba por un solitario camino, un niño de la comarca lo alcanzó y le preguntó a quemarropa:
-¿Qué te ocurrió? Estabas a un paso de lograr la meta, ¿por qué perdiste esa oportunidad? ¿por qué te retiraste?
Con profunda consternación y lágrimas mal disimuladas, el plebeyo contestó en voz baja:
-La princesa no me ahorró ni un día de sufrimiento, ni siquiera una hora. No merecía mi amor.

Theory that came to my mind some time ago

This is a way of how this idea of the "house with clean energy" came to me by thinking in a theory. This theory is about systems, there are different types of systems, they might be information systems, chemical systems, biological systems, physical systems, thermodynamic systems, etc... So the theory walk this way, the systems have inputs and outputs, eventually the output of one system might be the input of other system and you might find a way to connect it, then it becomes a larger and a little more complex system, but what is more interesting is that if you have a good menu of systems, knowing their inputs & outputs, some of them might be connected in a way that connecting the systems together they feed each other, and might be that those systems can keep doing whatever they do without need other input from other systems in the environment... I told this theory to my teachers from the univ. they told me that it can't be because they say that close systems doesn't exist, I don't know why they think this is a close systems, it's just systems feeding each other... and actually I don't know what a close system is... well, not knowing what they know make this theory come to me, um... sounds like a proverb or something lol... I just hope the theory can help anyone... love and peace...

Ideas to add for the design of an automated house or apartment with clean energy sources.

Um... this last dreams bring to my mind new ideas... like, for example: how can someone make a house or apartment self-sustainable of services, like water supply, electricity, fire or hot to cook, etc... and still be a normal house in a normal city... and one by one the ideas begin to emerge...

1) Air... Practically free :-)... but it could be very interesting know where it is coming from...

2) Water... Once I saw on Discovery Channel a program about how the astronauts live in the space and one of the topics was the water, the solution is water filtering & recycling machines... The idea may come well from there ...

3) Earth... feeding... well, this is a challenge... required studies to see how much space is needed to crop or the minimal space, but hydroponic and airponic are good documentations and references, sure, we can't force each apartment must be independent of this, we could make a crop supply a whole building.

4) Energy... Electricity... Interesting subject, fortunately, at this time we are in the era of the clean-energy-sources, the wave of the green-electricity, and this is a average to this project because there is a huge menu in front of us and the best part is that we can eat many options of the menu at the same time... we can use many different energy sources at the same time to supply the house or apartment. e.g. We can have a solar panel & fuel cell at the same time...

5) Fire... Fuel to cook... Usually is obtained by the same sources of oil, as a natural gas, but I saw once in Discovery Channel a program about how obtain methane by some kind of swamp's weed, very particular, wherever is this swamp-weed, there is a very powerful smell (I don't want write details), the scientists discover that most of this smell is methane. and plus, the methane can also be obtained by the natural decomposition of organic matter. Anyway, the fuel to cook is not the only way to cook, the hot to cook also can be obtained with electricity.

Esta sección del Blog es dedicada a una pregunta en particular: ¿de dónde viene el aire que respiramos? ¿cuales son los gases que en realidad el cuerpo humano necesita? ¿son las plantas de todo el mundo los únicos pulmones del planeta tierra quien tras la fotosíntesis transforman agua en oxígeno y otros componentes?

Ideas para ir agregando al diseño de una casa o apartamento automatizado y con fuentes de energía verdes...

Um... estos últimos sueños me hicieron llegar ideas a mi mente... como por ejemplo: como podría una persona hacer una casa o apartamento sustentable por si mismo de servicios, y uno a uno me fue llegando la idea...

1) Aire... Prácticamente Gratis :-)... aunque sería interesante saber en realidad de dónde viene...

2) Agua... Una vez vi en Discovery Channel sobre como viven los astronautas en el espacio, y uno de los temas era el Agua, la solución era maquinas filtradoras y recicladoras de agua... la idea puede venir muy bien de ahí...

3) Tierra... Alimentación... Bueno... esto si es complicado... necesitaría buenos estudios para ver cuanto espacio es necesitado para una cosecha, o el espacio mínimo, pero hidroponia y aeroponia son buenas documentaciones y referencias, claro tampoco podríamos limitarnos a que cada apartamento sea independiente de esto, se podría alcanzar el hecho de que una cosecha pueda abastecer un edificio, y hacer un edificio independiente de servicios...

4) Energía... Electricidad... Interesante tema, afortunadamente, la preocupación de los científicos de hoy en día nos ha llevado a la búsqueda y encuentros de muchos nuevos medios de obtención de este tipo de energía, y entre los buenos candidatos existe: Paneles solares, energía cinética y célula de combustible, me atrae la de célula de combustible ya que parece tener futuro, puede llegar a mover un carro a mas de 100 kmph, no dudo que pueda abastecer un hogar, ademas de cualquier forma se puede utilizar mas de un medio al mismo tiempo, como por ejemplo, tener una casa con paneles solares y célula de combustible...

Comunicaciones... Cualquier medio de transmisión de datos puede servir...

5) Fuego... Gas para cocina... por lo general se obtiene de las mismas fuentes del petróleo, aunque una vez vi en Discovery Chanel el estudio de obtener metano por medio de una algas de pantano muy particular, se notó que en los pantanos donde está esta alga, hay un olor muy fuerte, ese olor fuerte resultó ser metano en grandes cantidades... Claro que cocinar con fuego no es la única forma de cocinar, tambien se puede obtener suficiente calor con electricidad y otros medios alternos...
